• Workspace administrators who create and configure workspaces
• Team staff who manage work, members, or settings
• Workspace members who interact with Axis features

We collect only the data necessary to deliver and improve the Service.

Account Data

• User ID, username, display name, and avatar
• Email address when needed for account access, support, or billing
• Role and permission data assigned within a workspace

Workspace Data

• Workspace ID, workspace name, and workspace configuration
• Module settings, forms, fields, roles, and permissions
• Configured notification channels or integration settings

Work and Interaction Data

• Tickets, tasks, projects, notes, forms, comments, and attachments
• Assignments, statuses, timestamps, audit logs, and activity history
• Usage events needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service

Axis does not collect, store, or process the following categories of personal information:

• Passwords
• Private messages outside Axis
• Payment card numbers processed directly by Axis
• Data from workspaces you do not belong to

• Delivering and operating Axis features
• Storing workspace records, configuration, and activity history
• Generating exports, transcripts, reminders, and notifications when requested
• Detecting abuse, spam, security incidents, or policy violations
• Improving reliability, performance, and security
• Complying with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your data for advertising or commercial profiling.

Axis stores data using third-party cloud infrastructure and database providers. We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect stored data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Workspace configuration data is retained while a workspace remains active. Ticket records, messages, transcripts, audit logs, and other work data may be retained for operational, security, and legal reasons unless deleted through product controls or a verified request.

We do not guarantee that records will be preserved for any specific duration.

Workspace administrators may request deletion of workspace-specific data by contacting us. Workspace members who want personal data removed should contact their workspace administrator or email us at legal@axisdev.xyz.

Axis may process user-generated content submitted through tickets, comments, forms, notes, attachments, and other workspace features. Workspace administrators and members are responsible for ensuring that submitted content complies with applicable laws and our Terms of Service.

Axis relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers such as cloud hosting, databases, email, payments, logging, and monitoring. These providers may process data as sub-processors under their own privacy and security terms.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, or port your personal data. To exercise your rights, contact us at legal@axisdev.xyz.

California residents may have rights to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sale. Axis does not sell personal information.

Axis is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where reasonably practicable.
