This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be requested for Axis services and the process for obtaining them. All refunds are processed in accordance with applicable laws and our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:
- Service Unavailability: If Axis is unavailable for more than 99% uptime in a billing month (excluding scheduled maintenance)
- Technical Issues: If critical features outlined in your plan are non-functional for more than 7 consecutive days
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or in error
- Account Termination: If we terminate your account due to no fault of your own
Note: Refunds are not available for change of mind, dissatisfaction with features, or voluntary account cancellation. We recommend trying our free tier first to ensure Axis meets your needs.
Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Email us at support@axisbot.xyz with your account details and reason for the refund request
- Provide Documentation: Include any relevant screenshots, error messages, or other evidence supporting your claim
- Review Period: We will review your request within 5-7 business days
- Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to your original payment method
Refund Amounts and Timelines
Refund amounts are calculated based on the specific circumstances:
- Full Refunds: Available for billing errors, account termination by us, or complete service unavailability
- Partial Refunds: Pro-rated amount for the period of service disruption
- Processing Time: 10-14 business days from approval
Important: Refunds cannot be processed for subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days, except in cases of service unavailability or billing errors.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to paid features until that time.
Canceled subscriptions do not qualify for refunds unless they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
